My name is Erin. I am a blogger, writing about dieting, exercise and weight loss.
I know, like many others, how hard it can be to lose weight. Since 2007 I’ve lost more than 100 pounds, and I am feeling healthier and stronger than ever (and I’m 33 …). Over the same period, I’ve helped numerous other people, men and women, accomplish the same.
My goal with this website is to help women get started to lose weight, and to motivate those already on a diet.
There is a vast amount of information out there. A lot of good information, but unfortunately a lot of ‘pseudo science’ and fallacies — stuff that ‘I’ve read in a book’ or ‘a guy at the gym told me’.
After my own weight loss, and my increased interest in nutrition and health, I started working as a personal trainer. I’ve also taken several university classes within the field, along with classes in psychology and motivation.
